  Coffee and Cake were great, lovely place for a visit and to walk around It was very quiet though maybe because it was a Wednesday. Menu was limited as it was quiet but we were happy with coffee and cake anyway.
  
  You can visit the dam after as well. It's on the same road.

  Masonmill is a beautiful gem located around 25 minutes drive from the city.
  Set amongst perfectly maintained gardens with mini golf, koi fish pond, kids playground, Irish beer garden and more we have spent a nice and relaxing day there.
  Restaurant has magnificent views with great reasonably priced food and friendly service. Steak on a stone is must have dish, great idea, haven't seen anywhere else.
  Hard to find something similar in Perth.
  Can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

  Lovely staff, lovely food. Prices are a bit high but for a nicer cafe its reasonable. The gardens sounding Mason Mill are amazing and definitely worth the walk through.

  We used to go to this place for a high quality breakfast. The menu was diverse and food quality was great. We could enjoy the good food looking at the beautiful garden.
  But today we did not have the same experience...
  Apparently this year they have changed their breakfast strategy and changed the previous menue to a very average out of fresh Irish buffet. Very boring menu and not kids friendly or vegan friendly at all. The service was not great either. Minimal explanation was provided about how the new ordering system works which confused us at the start. we experienced long delay for a simple milk shake for our baby! We asked for a kids sized milk shake, and the answer was we don't do kids size, instead we had to buy an adult size shake and split it in two cups.
  Very disappointed...

  Often come here over the years for special occasion breakfasts. The Irish fry up is fantastic particularly like the white and black pudding! The golf putting holes are fun too, and the koi in the pond always get some bread from us!
  
  Update jan ‘21 - went yesterday, brilliant breakfast although sadly no black/white pudding. They’ve done a lot of work the gardens look amazing. Make sure you get your free game of golf if you have full breakfast! Highly recommended

  Very nice building and grounds, food was good although not cheap as you'd expect, will be back to try out the mill mini golf.
